Fall Girls Outdoor Field Hockey Basic Skills Level 2
Players will develop a better understanding of game rules and work on fundamental skills development including footwork, dribbling, passing, passing on the move, short corners, shooting and small sided play. Basics of proper grips and posture as well as ball and stick control will be reinforced throughout the program. Maximum 8 players.
Recommended for players with some previous field hockey experience either through play or prior introductory classes.
Participants are expected to bring their own equipment.
