A-GAME SPORTS Policies
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable including but not limited to lessons, programs, camps, birthday parties, and any other service offered by A-GAME SPORTS.
Camps (including Summer, School Holiday, Winter Break, Spring Break, Weekend)
Pricing & Cancellation
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellation once weeks have been purchased. If a camp week was purchased during one registration window and then another week was purchased during another window, the fee will be at the prevailing registration window price. All registration fees are non-refundable. If a doctor’s note is provided stating that your camper is unable to participate in any physical activities during the available camp weeks, a credit on the client’s account will be provided and can be used toward other services offered by A-GAME SPORTS with a 1 year expiration.
Multi-Day & Multi-Week Pricing
To take advantage of our multi-day/multi-week pricing, you must choose all of the days/weeks you would like at the time of initial registration. Subsequent requests to add days/week will incur the individual daily/weekly cost.
Release Form
Your child must have a signed release form and medical form completed by a physician in order to participate.
Lunch & Snacks
Kids must bring their own water bottle, lunch and snacks. We respectfully request that you do not send your child to camp with any food containing peanut butter or nuts. If your child does have any allergies, he/she must bring an EpiPen to camp each day of attendance.
Outdoor Camps
During inclement weather, camp will take place indoors (at the A-Game Sports facility located at 856 Main Street, New Rochelle) subject to facility capacity considerations under CDC guidelines.
Little Athletes Camps
All children must provide a current medical form and immunization forms. These forms can be submitted directly to Nicole Goodrich, the director of the toddler programs at goodrich@agamesports.net or dropped off in person to A-Game Sports at 856 Main Street New Rochelle, NY 10801.
Children must be potty trained.
Extended Day Options (if available)
A-Game Sports must be notified at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the week your child will be participating in the extended day option. Participants can only register for a full week of the extended day option. No individual day registrations will be accepted.
One-on-One and Small Group Packages
Maturity Dates
5 packs are valid 6 months from the date the package is purchased. If the lessons are not used within that time period, they will be forfeited and will not have any value.
10 packs and 20 packs are valid 12 months from the date the package is purchased. If the lessons are not used within that time period, they will be forfeited and will not have any value.
Cancellations
Any lesson that is booked and requires cancellation by the client will require at least 24 hours notice to be given to A-GAME SPORTS. Less than 24 hours notification will result in forfeiture of the lesson.
Outdoor Programs
These are outdoor programs and, as a result, the weather will play a large role in how the programs will run. A-Game will endeavor to have the programs run at their scheduled time and day, but that may not always be possible. If you are signing up for these programs, you should assume that there is a distinct possibility that at least one session will need to be rescheduled. In addition, we are normally renting another organization’s space so our ability to reschedule is dependent upon their availability. If we are unable to reschedule a missed session, your account will receive a credit for the session which can be used for future A-Game programs or lessons. Please note: cold will never be a reason NOT to run a program.
Makeup Sessions
When you register your child for a multiple week clinic, you are committing to the entire program. A make up, credit, or refund would only come into play if the child missed a session due to a medical issue, which would need to evidenced by a doctor’s note. The other reason we would grant a makeup, refund, or credit would be if a class cannot be held due to weather or other issues relating to an A-Game Sports cancellation of a class.
