Fall Girls Fundamentals of Lacrosse Program
For girls grade 1 through grade 6 that want to learn how to play lacrosse. This program is designed for the student that has not had any formal training in lacrosse or needs significant improvement on the fundamentals. This program will focus on the four basic skills necessary to play the game including catching, throwing, cradling and scooping. Good fundamentals are critical to the development of positive habits that stay with you throughout your lacrosse career, so we really focus on the proper techniques. This program is perfect for all ages and we sub-divide the class by age so that each student is comfortable learning among peers.
Required gear: sticks, mask/goggles. Mouthguard strongly suggested.
Beginner Level: First time players with no experience will learn proper technique from day one. The program is designed to be a fun and inviting introduction to the game.
