Fall Intermediate Volleyball

Players will have the opportunity to progress their volleyball skills and develop more advanced skills to better prepare them for competitive play. Players in the program will be trained in the skills of setting, passing, hitting, serving, digging, and blocking. Instructors will break down each skill into footwork, ball angles, timing, ball control, and positioning. Instructors will be able to adjust the drills and activities based on the progression of each skill. With each drill and activity the players will gain a better understanding of the game and communication for effective court presence. Our low player to instructor ratio ensures that each player not only has a great time in the program, but that he or she will have the chance to truly learn and improve in the game of volleyball. Program activities include rotational skills stations, strength & conditioning exercises, individual and team game play competition, and prize winning opportunities.
