1. Please complete the online registration for your desired program.

2. Complete the Release Form.

3. Once everything is completed, please submit all of the necessary documents (additional camper forms for online registrants; registration form, additional camper forms AND payment) to:

When submitting the documents, please double check the following:

• Did you keep a copy of all completed forms for your personal records? PLEASE DO THIS!
• Did you sign the authorization and release form?
