Late Fall 6th – 8th Grade Instructional Scrimmages, Speed & Agility

This program will incorporate fundamental skills development associated with the game of football (non-contact) in a safe and fun environment but with a significant emphasis on footwork to help players develop speed and quickness on the field. Scrimmage games will be played during the second half of each class, helping to reinforce what was learned during instruction.
