Little Learners Pre-School Academy
Little Learners Pre-School Academy is directed by Nicole Goodrich. Mrs. Goodrich taught at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School’s highly successful pre-K program in Pelham and owned her own very successful pre-school, Nic of Time. She has over 30 years of early childhood experience in both the classroom and as a director. The pre-school programs she directs are curriculum based, structured, and have a high academic success rate. That model has been implemented here at A-Game Sports and has successfully grown into two wonderful pre-school classrooms for our early childhood community.
Our Little Learners Pre-School Academy provides an enriched classroom experience. Children will learn and master key skills such as writing, phonics, and early mathematics while also learning science, art, and technology. A-Game Sports offers both a full day and half day pre-school and pre-K experience for children ages 2 through 5.
Full day hours of operation are from 8:30am to 3:00pm with an extended day option until 5:30pm. Half day options are available from 8:30am to 12:00pm. The academic school year begins after Labor Day and runs through June. We offer a summer program as well. Children may attend our Little Learners Pre-School 12 months of the year, as we run straight through school to camp and back again.
Tours and registration are ongoing for both classrooms, provided space is still available.
Creating a love of learning!
The way a child’s face lights up when they see their teacher in the morning… The indescribable feeling in their heart as they walk into their classroom… The wide-eyed willingness to learn…. The pure happiness on a teacher’s face when they have learned what they have been taught!
A-Game Sports’ Little Learners Pre-School Academy strives for these moments and creates a truly unique and early love of learning!

Pre-K 3
Our Pre-K 3 Classroom (Early 2s and 3s) is a busy, cheerful environment for our 2- and 3-year-old pre-schoolers. There are lots of spaces for these curious individuals to explore—dramatic play, blocks, a library/reading area, a block area, a curious caterpillar, manipulatives, and a fun sensory table. A head teacher and an assistant teacher plan appropriate, themed activities that match our curriculum that the children can participate in and enjoy. Children learn colors, shapes, size, basic alphabet recognition, counting, and numeral recognition. The children’s vocabulary and language skills increase as their teachers read, communicate with, and encourage them to talk to their friends and express their needs. This early learning centered environment is a place where children learn and grow. They are nurtured and prepared for their next early childhood learning experience with us—graduating to the Pre-K 4 classroom, where they get ready for kindergarten!
Pre-K 4
Our Pre-K 4 Classroom (Ages 3 ½ – 5) is where our kindergarten preparation begins. These 3- and 4-year-olds enter a larger room with a larger class size. Our room is divided into centers such as dramatic play, blocks, a library/reading area, interactive screens, a science area, an art area, manipulatives, and more! The children participate in a very structured, curriculum-based daily program where they learn math and language every day. The head teacher and assistant teacher plan themes based on our standard pre-determined Pre-K 4 curriculum. Children learn numbers, three dimensional shapes, math, phonics, blends, early writing, pre-reading and math skills, master the alphabet, counting, and numeral recognition. The children learn to work cooperatively with others and verbally negotiate for themselves, becoming independent. The children have lots of space, indoors and out, to move their bodies and develop their motor skills as well. Children at this class level must be fully potty trained.
