Spring Girls Advanced Field Hockey Training
Players will work on improving basic skills and taking them to the next level using explosive movements. They will focus on footwork, dribbling, passing, passing on the move and perfecting their shot. Small sided play, ball and stick control will be reinforced throughout the program working towards having quicker hands and cleaner dodges.
Age/Skill Level
6th Grade & older, 2+ years of experience

Mondays, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
April 8th – June 17th

Cost
10 sessions for $375
It is recommended that players bring their own stick, but one will be provided if player does not have. Goggles, mouth guards and shin guards should be worn.
