Spring Strength, Speed & Power
Strength, Speed, & Power are essential elements in many sports and are vital to better overall performance. This program involves change of direction, cutting, acceleration/deceleration, as well as functional, basic strengthening exercises to promote quicker and more effective sprinting and plyometric (jumping) mechanics.
