Strength and Conditioning Level 1
This is a dynamic 4-day camp designed to introduce fitness novices to a routine workout regimen. Through guidance and tailored exercises, participants gain fundamental skills and confidence in a supportive environment, laying a solid foundation for their fitness journey.

Strength and Conditioning Level 2
This camp intensifies the fitness journey for semi-active youngsters over 4 dynamic days. This program challenges participants to push their limits, offering a blend of advanced calisthenics, weightlifting, plyometric, and cardio workouts, and educational insights to deepen their understanding and commitment to fitness and application in sports.
