These small group training sessions (limited to just 5 per session) will incorporate the use of weights and sports specific plyometrics (jumps) designed to enhance power, strength, endurance, body composition, flexibility, and muscle tone. For middle school and high school athletes, participants, will utilize single leg and bilateral(double limb) training to ensure symmetry throughout the body (including but not limited to squats, lunges, pushups, pull-ups, & bench press) There will also be a strong, emphasis on core training to improve total body strength, as well as focusing on prehab exercises that can help to reduce specific sport injuries. Also good preparation for any high school juniors or seniors looking to prepare for a college athletics program, ranging from D-III to D-I.
For adults 18 & older simply looking to improve overall fitness and athletic ability, total body circuit training (i.e . squats, rowing machines to sit ups, etc.) will be the focus of the sessions, helping the individuals to build endurance, improve working capacity, gain body strength and enhance body composition.
