Late Fall Girls Intro to Field Hockey
Players in this class will learn the rules of the game, proper grip and posture, ball and stick control, how to receive and trap, pass, dribble and defensive positioning. There will be fun games and contests each week to help reinforce the skills learned. Maximum 10 players.

Cost
7 sessions for $285
Players are required to bring their own goggles and shin guards. Bringing your own field hockey stick is encouraged but not required. Sticks will be made available to players that need them.
