The Complete Summer Athlete
The Complete Summer Athlete is designed for kids who are determined and dedicated to improving their overall athleticism while adding new sport-specific skills or enhancing existing skills that have already been obtained.
There are two packages available—a 10 pack and a 20 pack of lessons. Half of the lessons will be devoted to strength & conditioning, agility, speed, balance, and eye-hand coordination. The certified personal trainer will work on the muscle groups most appropriate for the specific sport. The other half of the lesson package will be devoted to your sport-specific skill needs. The skills coach will work with the athlete to determine current strengths while identifying and addressing any weaknesses that may exist. The skills coach will then come up with a plan, in the context of the package purchased, to address those weaknesses.
We look forward to working with athletes in the following sports: lacrosse, baseball, softball, field hockey, flag football, and soccer.

Schedule
The skills session and the strength & conditioning sessions must be booked between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday in July and August. Sessions will be based off coach availability.
How It Works
After a 10 pack is purchased, you can pick a time and day between 4:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday. Your athlete will do an hour of strength and conditioning followed by an hour of skills work. The program will run over a 5 week period and can start and finish any time in July and August.
After a 20-pack is purchased, you will set up two days of the week, wherein you will follow the same lesson format as the 10 pack program, only twice a week.
We will also accept twosomes or small groups, but each participant will need to purchase their own package to participate in the group.
Cost
For a 10 pack (5 S&C lessons and 5 sport-specific lessons): $750
For a 20 pack (10 S&C lessons and 10 sport-specific lessons: $1,350

About the Instructor
William Castillo is a highly qualified and versatile strength and conditioning coach with a passion for optimizing athletic performance. With certifications as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Sculpt, and CPR/AED certified, William brings a wealth of expertise to his coaching. During his high school years, he engaged in a variety of sports, including 3 years of soccer and competitive swimming, all under the PSAL. He also boasts 14 years of personal baseball experience, winning Golden Glove awards in various tournaments during his time playing travel ball. Additionally, William has 5 years of competitive volleyball experience, including 3 years under PSAL, where he clinched a Division B championship. A Bronx native and bilingual Spanish speaker, he connects well with diverse athletes and understands their unique needs. Having played nationally competitive Club volleyball on the Suny Binghamton Men’s A team for 2 years, William offers invaluable insights into high-level training. His coaching experience includes group fitness and personal 1-on-1 training, specializing in recovery science, reconstructive exercises, plyometric explosive training, power training, mobility, and weightlifting.
