This program will help aspiring young athletes build a core foundation for strength speed & agility using a combination of age appropriate weight and plyometric training. The program will focus on key movements that are used across a range of sports.

Hours Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 10:00pm Sat – Sun: 8:00am – 7:00pm *Additional hours available by request. *Summer hours: Closed on Sundays (except for birthday parties and special events). Summer hours can change day-to-day, so please call in advance.
