Spring Basketball Strength, Speed & Agility
The focus of this program will be to enhance linear (straight) and lateral (side-to-side) movement patterns, refine hand-eye-foot coordination, develop core and arm strength, as well as working on balance to help ankle and knee health.
Hours Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 10:00pm Sat – Sun: 8:00am – 7:00pm *Additional hours available by request. *Summer hours: Closed on Sundays (except for birthday parties and special events). Summer hours can change day-to-day, so please call in advance.
