Spring Bodyweight Training On The Go
For young athletes ages 10 and older, participants will learn how to train for increased speed, strength and agility with workouts that emphasize resistance exercises, plyometric, burpees and lunges. This training will enable athletes to learn how to train in any environment or setting that they may be in.
