Spring Fitness Specials
Whether your child is a competitive athlete or just enjoys sports recreationally, the pandemic has undoubtedly impacted their opportunities to be physically active. The A-GAME SPORTS fitness training sessions are a great way of getting kids back into shape, working privately with an instructor at a speed or level most comfortable to their liking. For some, the sessions will be a useful way to start using muscles that may have not been used as often as before, helping to reduce the likelihood of injury once they fully resume an active life. For others, the sessions will be a great way to improve strength, agility and endurance, enabling them to more effectively compete in whichever sport they play.
Private Fitness Training Sessions

Small Group Fitness Training Sessions
In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it’s recommended that children and teens are active for at least an hour each day. This summer, encourage them to take a break from their video games, TVs, and phones to stay in shape with these fun activities.

Hourly Sessions Available During These Times
Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays, June 24th – August 30th
Ages 7 – 9: 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Ages 10 – 12: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Ages 12 –15: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Cost
$40 per 60-minute session
Interested participants will need to register for the class in advance, with registration available at the beginning of each week. Sessions are to be paid for on a pay-as-you-go basis.
