Players in each specific mini camp, whether they are beginners or advanced, will be trained in: speed, stick skills, defense, form, control, passing, angles, conditioning, footwork, explosiveness and most importantly, overall field awareness and intelligence as it relates to the specific sport. (i.e. girls lacrosse vs girls field hockey) Weekly camp activities include rotational skills stations as well as strength & conditioning exercises. All of the activities and drills performed will be done with social distancing required. While game play competition will not occur in these camps because of those requirements, other types of skills competition specific to the sport will take place throughout the week. Prizes will be awarded for each competition.
Requirements: Each camper will be required to bring their own sport specific equipment and water bottles.
Each session will be limited to 20 campers.
