Virtual Strength & Conditioning Private Training
A-GAME SPORTS is now offering remote training sessions for both sport specific and general fitness strength and conditioning. Each 30 minute session will be tailored specifically to the individual’s age, training objectives (i.e. strength, endurance, weight loss, etc.), and prior experience with strength and conditioning.
To preview what a workout may look like, you can view our sample plans for lacrosse/soccer and baseball/softball. These are examples and we are not limited to just those sports for workouts.
