Winter Girls Advanced Field Hockey Training
Players will work on improving basic skills and taking them to the next level using explosive movements. They will focus on footwork, dribbling, passing, passing on the move and perfecting their shot. Small sided play, ball and stick control will be reinforced throughout the program working towards having quicker hands and cleaner dodges.

6th Grade & higher, 2+ years of experience
Schedule
Mondays, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
January 8th – April 1st
No session February 19th or March 25th
or
Wednesdays, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
January 3rd – March 20th
No session February 21st
Cost
11 sessions for $445
Players are required to bring their own goggles and shin guards. Bringing your own field hockey stick is encouraged but not required. Sticks will be made available to players if needed.
